Cottonwood Heights is home base for skiers and hikers, with mountain views and neighborhoods tucked against the canyons.

South Jordan draws buyers looking for newer homes, parks and lakes, and planned communities on the west side of the valley.

From historic bungalows to downtown condos, Salt Lake City offers walkable neighborhoods and city living with the mountains close by.
